RETREAT IN THAILAND

Our 3 Days Integrated Yoga Retreat introduces the principles and values of yoga in a holistic approach for beginners. Student will be guided through a very basic level of yogic concepts from the meaning of yoga, its brief history, benefits of yoga and various dimensions of practices of yoga.  Moreover, we include an excursion in the program so participants will have the opportunity to either experience the Elephant Feeding and Bathing program, or a local sightseeing.

 

This Retreat in Thailand is organized for 3 days and 2 nights, most suitable for those with limited days off from their work or responsibilities.

We follow a tight daily schedule to ensure that our students get the most out of yoga teachings and practices during this short yoga retreat program. It is encouraged to take full rest every night by sleeping early as part of your practice and to maintain health and focus throughout the program.
