General Instructions
Yoga Samaadhi believes in living with mindfulness and ahimsa (non-violence). All the points mentioned below are guidelines to a harmonious way of living among ourselves.
>> Alcohol, tobacco, smoking and other drugs are not allowed to be intake during your stay or stored on our premises.
>> No friends and relatives are allowed to stay with yoga students without any prior permission from our team members.
>> Non-vegetarian food are not allowed. Please don’t bring non-vegetarian food or eggs into the campus. We understand that no everyone is vegetarian, but we would like to encourage short and long term visitors and students to become more mindful of their diet while staying with us.
>> Daily karma yoga is practiced for 15-30 minutes by cleaning the surroundings of the yoga center as an act of selfless service.
>> During the activities, personal use of mobile phones are strictly forbidden, unless to assist in purpose of the on-going activities.
>> During yoga teacher trainings, all students are requested to be punctual to all classes and to attend all yoga course programs. Fees are non-refundable or non-transferrable, unless the course is cancelled and there is no negotiable in fees.
>> During yoga teacher trainings, students are required to be present throughout the entire program in order to receive a certificate of completion for their course.
>> During yoga teacher trainings, students understand that individual progress and result gained from the training vary from person to person, depending on your own efforts put into your studies in and out of the classroom. Yoga is a personal journey that entails lifelong practice and each individual has their own pace and weaknesses that they have to work on on a daily basis even after the training has completed.
>> During yoga teacher trainings, student are responsible for their own learning and are aware that they must actively participate in the program to the best of their ability, including self-pacing and self-tracking.
>> Full payment of fees are required to be settled within the first few days of arrival.
>> Before your departure, you are required to return anything borrowed from Yoga Samaadhi (i.e. cups, kitchen utensils, books, suppliers, etc.)
>> Due to limited rooms and resources, Yoga Samaadhi reserves accommodation for people who have signed up for yoga courses as priority. In the case that friends or relatives would like to stay with us without attending activities or programs, we kindly request payment for accommodation and meals for the duration of their stay. Accommodation are subjected to availability.
